Katrise Carlson

Katrise brings a strong background in childcare and music to her classes, with experience working with children of all ages. She is a mom and has several years of experience running her own home daycare, where music, movement, and play were an important part of daily routines and learning.

She specializes in engaging toddlers through music while also enjoying opportunities to connect with older children. Katrise sings, plays guitar, and ukulele, using these instruments to encourage creativity, confidence, and joyful participation. She believes music helps build connection, self-expression, and a lifelong love of music at every age.

 

Katrise offers baby & me and preschool music classes, hosts children’s birthday parties, and leads day camps, creating fun, inclusive musical experiences for families in a variety of settings.

 

When she’s not teaching, Katrise enjoys spending time with her family and sharing her love of music with her child.
